On this route, we tried to combine the particularity of the Laurissilva forest on the east coast, tree ferns, visit to a rum factory and unique viewpoints.

From the hotel we head to the east coast to visit the Laurissilva forest and tree-sized ferns, which seem to have witnessed ancient times of dinosaurs. In this off-road section we will feel how clean the air of Madeiran mountain is.

Viewpoints located at the highs will surely complement the wide range of sensations of a Madeira completely different from the one we saw in the brochures.

Later, we will visit the oldest rum factory in Madeira taking the opportunity to do some tasting.

After that, we'll have lunch at a rural restaurant, where we'll enjoy a delicious lunch (optional).
